Four Countries, One Team: The 3rd Erasmus+ Meeting in Romania
The Erasmus+ KA210 program recently brought a dynamic wave of international collaboration to Romania through the project "Cultural Connections: Developing EU Heritage, Social Inclusion and Digital Literacy through the Hearts of Our Students".

Hosted by Școala Gimnazială Nr. 2 Fundeni (Dobroești, Ilfov) between May 4th and 8th, 2026, this third project meeting reunited dedicated teams from Romania, Turkey, Lithuania, and Spain.
It was a true pleasure for the partners to reconnect, strengthen their professional friendships, and advance their shared educational goals.

Throughout the week, the mobility successfully blended advanced teaching practices with cultural exploration:
Divergent Thinking & Modern Pedagogy: International educators engaged in peer observation sessions and specialized training, exploring live classroom demonstrations of divergent versus convergent thinking in Mathematics, mind mapping in History, and creative Digital Storytelling.
Digital Literacy: Participants enhanced their tech skills through hands-on workshops, mastering interactive educational content creation on specialized platforms like LIVRESQ and GeoGebra.
Cultural Connections: The delegations immersed themselves in Romanian heritage by exploring Bucharest, the "Dimitrie Gusti" National Village Museum, the royal Peleș Castle in Sinaia, and the medieval history of Brașov, including a meaningful visit to the First Romanian School.
The meeting concluded with collaborative workshops where students used divergent thinking to co-design the official "Mobility Brochure" and craft heritage-inspired bookmarks.
The event wrapped up with a formal ceremony and the distribution of Europass certificates, leaving a lasting impact on all participating communities.
