Management meeting in Trabzon, Turkiye

Four dedicated team of educators, coordinators, and partners from different countries gathered at a lively site, our partnership Turkish school from Trabzon city, Bener Cordan Ortaokulu, at the  for a three-day activity, with two additional days dedicated to travel and settling in. 



The journey kicked off with a warm welcome from the host organization, where participants registered and were introduced to the local culture, city, and their host schools. On the second day, the team participated in a lively welcome ceremony, followed by detailed reviews of their project, ensuring all standards and feedback from the Erasmus+ NA evaluators were incorporated. Each of the four partners presented their action plans, including tailored timelines, Gantt charts aligned with their school calendars, and budget details, which helped update the overall project plan. 





The day was also filled with creative brainstorming on promotional strategies—designing logos, posters, videos, and output materials to build a positive image of their collaboration. They set up Erasmus+ stalls to showcase their cultural heritage and values. On the third day, the focus shifted to evaluating responsibilities, refining communication plans, and planning stakeholder engagement, with special attention to activities supporting students with special needs and those facing obstacles. They also revisited their visibility strategies, ensuring clear communication channels. The final day featured discussions on project outputs like videos and broadcasts, planning the next mobility, and culminated in a lively end-of-meeting event where participants shared experiences, celebrated their progress, and received certificates of participation. Throughout this journey, the team built stronger bonds, aligned their goals, and prepared meticulously for the upcoming phases of their exciting project.
